Massage Parlors | Why are the only Asian massage parlors being raided by police?

I see and read about local dallas, tx asian massage parlors being raided and shut down, but what about the others? I have been to others in dallas and they provide the SAME services that these asian parlors do! I smell discrimination!

And are the women clothed or nude or semi nude? Do any illegal massage parlor therapists stay fully clothed the whole time?

Although Asian Massage Parlors are often sex places, can i just go and get aback and neck massage.

Assian massage places are cheap 40 dollars per 30 minutes. VS regular normal non sex places which I"m sure cost way more.
